The Marketing Manager, Otezla will be a key member of the marketing team with primary responsibility to guide and assist with the development, implementation and follow-through of the strategic and tactical plans/programs to support Otezla in the market.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Works cross-functionally with commercial team members (marketing, sales, analytics, reimbursement, medical affairs, etc.) to develop and execute programs / materials
  • Develops and executes communications programs for Healthcare Professionals to support brand messaging
  • Supports creation and development of brand promotional materials to compliment field force efforts
  • Provides input for public relations efforts
  • Collaborates on development of media planning efforts and journal advertising
  • Handles internal review / approval process for promotional materials
  • Develops positive relationships with key opinion leaders and physician specialists
  • Develops and implement outstanding speaker programs to reinforce field sales efforts
  • Participates in meaningful scientific congresses and conferences to stay up to date with relevant literature
  • Partners with Medical Affairs to develop & execute KOL advocacy strategy
  • Interacts with sales force and handle field requests
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of annual brand plan
  • Monitors and evaluates products and marketplace dynamics
  • Collaborates on the input for market research activities with the Global Market Research Team
  • Serves as a champion for the brand and for product-specific challenges and opportunities


Basic Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree

Or
  • Master's degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or
  • Associate's Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or
  • High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization


Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or related function
  • Immunology market experience
  • Launch experience
  • PC literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
