Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-obsessed, innovative marketing/product manager to help the team deliver on the affluent customer strategy, introduce product enhancements and guide client experience improvements to help strengthen the value propositions for our two relationship products, Chase Private Client and Sapphire Banking.  

 

Focused on product design and client experience improvements for our affluent clients, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in working in a highly matrixed organization and collaborating across functions to develop and deliver innovative client loyalty programs, product improvements and client experience enhancements. The position provides a unique opportunity to partner closely with Product teams across deposits, investments and lending to develop bundled value added benefits, collaborate with Digital to guide client experience improvements & work alongside Finance and Business Management & Sales Teams to deliver these enhancements in market.

 

A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is customer-obsessed, and who is excited about creating new client experiences that higher product consideration and loyalty.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to develop the affluent product strategy, identifying gaps and identifying solutions to address the gaps  
  • Work with key partners to develop and prioritize the product roadmap, including developing requirements anchored in customer insight, supporting business case efforts and championing delivery and go to market efforts.
  • Developing innovative client programs that build loyalty and deliver on the product value proposition
  • Champion the affluent client needs and expectations, guiding the broader digital experience roadmap and introducing improvements/innovation
  • Partner closely with the National Sales, Real Estate and Marketing to design an enhanced affluent branch experience  
  • Develop go-to-market strategy for new enhancements
  • Ensure field readiness for all the affluent program and product specific changes 

            Qualifications

            • 5+ years of marketing, product design, digital, customer experience or related experience
            • BA/BS required
            • Must be forward-thinking, proactive and customer-obsessed

            • Have a passion creativity and innovation
            • Ability to develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and partners
            • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to manage new priorities and feedback
            • Hands-on experience executing client-centric projects
            • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make data/knowledge-based recommendations
            • Strong verbal and written communication skills; High-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to tell stories with data and insights
