The Manager, Cyber Risk and Audit Governance is responsible for managing the Cyber Risk Analysis and Assessment process for internal and Third Party Risk, Cyber and Control Framework Governance and Cyber audit processes including Privacy, Payment Card Industry, Sarbanes Oxley and other assessments and reviews.  This role also oversees facilitating the Internal IT Audit engagement with IT and the 3rd party inquiries and response process for IT general control and cybersecurity related inquiries.

  • Manages the team responsible for facilitating audit and control review processes including Privacy, Payment Card Industry, Sarbanes Oxley and other required control reviews
  • Coordinates with the Internal Audit team in support of IT Internal Audit
  • Reports status and progress of audits, assessments and control remediation to Senior IT Management
  • Consults with IT areas regarding Regulatory and Internal Audit IT control design and remediation recommendations
  • Manages the process for User Account Access review including driving innovation and efficiencies
  • Manages the process for IT Cyber Security and Control inquiries from 3rd parties
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Accounting, Computer Science or equivalent experience/training
  • 5 years of experience in IT Audit or Regulatory Audit function (e.g. PCI, SOX)
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration; Accounting or Internal Controls
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Audit or Regulatory Audit function (ie. PCI, SOX)
  • 3+ years of experience managing an IT Audit or Regulatory Audit team
  • Payment Card Industry (PCI) Internal Security Assessor or Qualified Security Assessor

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Control (CRISC)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external auditors, regulatory examiners and internal groups to find control solutions and overcome process challenges to accomplish the regulatory requirement needs for the airline.
  • Knowledge of various regulatory frameworks including Sarbanes Oxley Act, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
  • Experience with performing Internal Control Reviews, Payment Card Security audits or Sarbanes Oxley control reviews.
  • Experience presenting key, sensitive information to Senior Leadership
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects/work streams and demands efficiently
  • Ability to think strategically and use sound judgment and initiative in making decisions
