In this position you will be responsible for delivering innovative mobile \u0026 web solutions\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EIn order to be successful, the \u003Cstrong\u003ELead Product Manager\u003C/strong\u003E will need to be able to recommend product direction based on client needs, business value and in depth competitive analysis. Executing on the product roadmap will require coordination of activities across multiple scrum teams.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EYou will assist in product launch activities and provide ongoing market-facing support, predominately working in a fast-paced agile environment. You will apply your business and technology knowledge to ensure new product features support ADP\u0027s strategy and vision of Workforce Management, while solving for the needs of the market and existing clients.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EYou will be an integral part of a working team that consists of other ADP Workforce Management Product team members, application architects, software engineers, business partners and stakeholders. It will be critical that you embrace product innovation, have an eye on a vision and strategy, while defining and managing a product backlog and sprint plan that aligns and meets the needs of business objectives and goals.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EJoin a dynamic team of product leaders located across ADP with an opportunity for mentoring, building strong product peer relationships and simply joining a great product management community.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), working day-to-day with the product SCRUM teams to clarify requirements, balance business needs with technical requirements, and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet product requirements when needed.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing market and customer needs for our product.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOwn and develop business cases with measurable outcomes that translate product plans into tactical, actionable requirements for product development teams.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAct as a user champion orchestrating product development and user experience (UX), with business stakeholders and align all development activities with business goals and priorities for your product area\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage execution of your product area from product definition and planning through production, release, and outcome measurement.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServe as the central resource with design, process, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupport the VP of Product\u0027s strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECoordinate and drive market research and competitive analysis to fully understand emerging business opportunities.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECollaborate with marketing, sales and service on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E3\u002B years of experience (5\u002B preferred) in a market-facing software and enterprise solutions product management role\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrior experience working as a product owner in an agile development environment\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETechnical acumen to understand the data architecture and data exchange protocols such as APIs, Web Services, data streams, etc.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to communicate effectively with engineering teams to accomplish project goals\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECapable of effectively managing stakeholder expectations to keep focus on highest value opportunities for the product.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAble to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPreferable: Bachelor\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field plus three (3-5) years of related experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPreferable experience of working in a technology company with software development experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrior experience conducting formal usability studies and developing web and mobile experiences for customers\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E#LITECH\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E#LI-AA2\u003C/div\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
