Collections Sr Specialist I (English/Spanish Required) - Heathrow, FL - Start Date: May 4, 2020

Specialists will service approximately 80 – 100 inbound calls a day.  Mix of inbound and outbound calls. Specialists will collect on overdrawn or past due credit card accounts. It is a vital role to minimizing loss. Specialist must identify customer's challenges, evaluating limitations, and negotiating proper solutions to ensure long term success. It is first party collections, specialists are tasked with building a strong rapport with their customer and then bridge into collecting on the past due amount or restructuring the loan to best accommodate the business and customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
  • Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred

Work Schedule:

Work schedules will vary. Candidates must be willing to work schedules during our operating hours, which include evenings and weekends. Specific information will be provided by the Recruiter.

This position requires that you attend the training as scheduled and the hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
