The IT Help Desk Support position is a newly created role to provide remote and onsite support services for our employees and customers. The successful candidate will be an organized self-starter with developed problem solving skills who is responsive and professional with a desire to never stop learning. They will be responsible for building, maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our technology offerings for both employees and customers. Work will primarily be done from the company headquarters in

Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will quickly become an important team member within the company.</p> <p> </p> <img src="https://analytics.click2apply.net/v/5DOkDRcjJdG8i8O6Cpy6W"> <br/><br/><p>Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.</p> <p>Previous help desk experience preferred.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Basic knowledge of the following:</strong></p> <p>Windows 7, 10, and Server 2008, 2012, 2016</p> <p>Microsoft Office</p> <p>Management of users and computers in a domain environment (Active Directory, ADFS, etc.)</p> <p>Terminal Server environment using Microsoft Remote Desktop Services</p> <p>Virtual machines (we use Hyper-V, but VMware or comparable is sufficient)</p> <p>Networking (Router, firewall, switch, DNS, DHCP, etc)</p> <p>Experience with PC maintenance and repair</p> <p>Experience in supporting a business digital presence on web</p> <p>Ability to research and document issues</p> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p> <p>Industry experience not required</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p>PI116945625</p>
