Demonstrates effective solution design, considering the reality of the work environment that impacts learning and incorporates these factors into the design. \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EDevelopment:\u003C/strong\u003E Develop within an increasingly broad set of learning modalities and tools, ensuring solutions are not redundant with other available resources and that appropriate continuous learning and performance support concepts are applied.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ELearning Outcomes:\u003C/strong\u003E Leverage learner and stakeholder feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions. The instructional designer demonstrates that learning solutions result in the intended business impact and are aligned to the needs and priorities of the business. Effectively assists with the roll-out of instructor-led solutions to ensure they\u0027re delivered in alignment with solution design.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EContinuous Improvement:\u003C/strong\u003E Continually focus on personal development and business process improvement to elevate individual skills, improve ADP learning design standards, and drive adoption of standards. Maintain an outside-in perspective by building and maintaining peer networks inside and outside ADP. \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Bachelor\u0027s Degree - Instructional Design /Training/Education/Communication preferred\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E 1 -- 3 years\u0027 experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Ability to independently design and develop instructionally sound training in a variety of modalities, i.e. eLearning, instructor-led, blended, job aids, etc.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Experience using eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and Vyond.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cem\u003EPreference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/em\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003C/div\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli style=\u0022margin-left: 0.25in;\u0022\u003EIndustry certifications such as those sponsored by ATD or Langevin.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli style=\u0022margin-left: 0.25in;\u0022\u003E WalkMe experience (1-2\u002B years working with the tool)\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E#LI-GR1\u003C/div\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
