Inside Technical Sales Representative

Job Summary

Generates revenue by cold calling potential customers and engage them in testing our product; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; follow up on projects pipeline and developing accounts.

Inside Technical Sales Representative Job Duties:

•Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.

•Develop new and current accounts by answering telephone and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information in the company's system about the leads and customers inquires.

•Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date

•Keep tracking on leads maintaining S&OP team aware about volumes and delivering dates.

•Updates job knowledge by studying deeply our product descriptions and properties; participating in educational opportunities.

•Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
