Within the company ADP, the world leader in Payroll and Human Resources, you perform the Service Certifier function (service relationship with our clients and compliance with the outsourced payroll service). As such you are:

  • The bearer of a general view of the information system (assisting the customer in a global way on the tool and methodologically "framing" it in cooperation with ADP),
  • The point of entry structuring customer requests for them to be efficiently (quality, responsiveness) supported. Within the customer service MS DECIDIUM WEB, you assure the daily service function to the customers within the framework of our commitment of service MS:
  • Relational point of service of your customers, you receive requests from your customers (Symphony, CMC telephony system).
  • Based on your payroll expertise, you evaluate the customer need in order to answer it (practical customer, deliverable, modification ...) or transmit your first analysis to the referring teams.
  • You assist your clients in the day-to-day operation of their ADP IS (Payroll Support, Result Justification, PAO Relationships, ATM, Collaborative Administrative Processes, Requestor).
  • You accompany your customers for a good integration of their data in the IS (help to enter topics in GAP, the use of the collective entry grid).
  • For the requests of your customers concerning important needs of evolution of their information system ADP (integration of company, recast of agreement, change of CCN ...), you assist them in the expression of their need, to urge them demand-side processing options capitalizing on the value proposition of the ADP modeled offer.
  • In general, for any request requiring the support team intervention (Payroll settings, GTA, workstation, requestor, analysis of payroll data ...) you guarantee the conformity and completeness of the request expressed by the customer, you perform a first level of analysis and send to the referring team.

Customer relationship management:

  • You drive the customer in a logic of cooperation for an optimal production of his pay (Monthly Meeting of Service, planning, RDV milestones).
  • You guarantee the respect of the predefined deadlines with the customer.

Required Search Qualifications
Training / Experience:

  • BAC +2 training at least HR, accounting, law or any other training favoring the analysis and practice of the figures / Experience of the service in the professions of the payroll / HR / Experience of management under duress of planning

Required Skills:

  • Very good relationship (customers, internal, team)
  • Good knowledge of payroll processes, personnel administration, accounting and social legislation
  • Ease of use of information systems
  • Know how to manage your priorities
  • Concerned about customer satisfaction
