The Information Technology department is seeking a highly motivated intern committed to learning quickly, participate in problem-solving and work well in a team environment. As an IT intern, you will work on tasks similar to an IT Helpdesk Analyst and will provide first level support to internal users of Campus Management computer systems.

  • Provide technical support and computer troubleshooting to internal Campusmanagement employees over telephone, email, and in our ticketing system to internal employees
  • Monitor a ticketing system for requests for assistance
  • Gather and analyze information to determine the best way to resolve problems
  • Other responsibilities and projects assigned by manager
  • Actively enrolled and pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
  • Completed coursework in Information Technology preferred
  • Strong academic track record (minimum 3.0 GPA)
  • Proficient knowledge in personal computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week during the school year, primarily late afternoon/ early evening hours
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes
  • Must be willing to follow instructions
  • Must be professional, show dedication, and perform effectively
