View Implementation Lead Consultant\u003C/strong\u003E will implement the client\u0027s solution using ADP\u0027s Implementation methodology and the ADP Global View product. \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client\u0027s requirements\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDesigns and document the client\u0027s solution including their business requirements and any program specifications required according to ADP\u0027s docuementation\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaises with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including performing data loads and reconciliation\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides end user training including creating training manuals, preparing training systems and conducting training sessions if required\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide sample test scripts to enable PS Clients to adequately test the solution\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupport client through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go Live phases\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for achieving estimated days as per fixed price strategy\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsures that all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per project schedule, such as Blueprints, specifications, BP reviews, Configuration Audits and configuration documentation\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPossess the highest level of HR and Payroll knowledge and the necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to ADP\u0027s clients\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintains up to date knowledge of the SAP Productts, of SAP related news and any developments to the product and its competitors\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintains up to date knowledge of the ADP Global View template and ensure that the template is adhered to\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaises with the ADP Product Manager (Consulting) assigned to the project and Line Manager providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage/problems that may occur\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEscalates project issues to Project Manager including scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides relevant training and knowledge sharing opportunities for members of the Implementation Team, this can include informal on-the-job training to facilitiating formal SAP training courses\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrates and apply knowledge of key implementation strategies such as the SAP ASAP methodology\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKnowledge of support methodologies including usage of an Issue tracking system\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKeep client blueprints, configuration worksheets, client specific configuration documentation and training material up to date\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaises with internal groups including Basis, Client Services, Application Support, Project management and Product Management to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of client service\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides pre-sales support including analyzing and providing answer for tender documentation, performing demonstrations and attending any workshops where specialist knowledge of payroll is required\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms quality assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration of the client\u0027s system\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms other related assigned duties.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EREQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMinimum of 3-5 years of experience using SAP Payroll\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong knowledge of one or more Payroll, Human Resources, Portal or Time Management SAP modules configuration and design\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation/training/demonstrations\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProfessional manner and presentation and ability to professionally set, manage and satisfy customer expectations through personal involvement or delegation\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETeamwork, work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals, skills, ability to work across various projects, ability to lead a team of consultants to effectively implement a solution\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EClient focused, demonstrate concern for meeting
