The JPMC Global Outsourcing team is responsible for
developing, deploying and overseeing a program that drives the effective use of
suppliers to accomplish JPMorgan Chase's strategic goals. This includes
building awareness of the program at the firm and ensuring consistency globally
across both the Lines of Business (LOBs) and corporate groups. It also
includes understanding and dissemination of regulatory requirements and
reporting to regulators on the program and status. The major focus of the
program is to ensure our suppliers are performing to the same high standards
that JPMorgan Chase holds itself accountable to including client service,
quality, control, regulatory compliance, business resiliency and protection of
information.
The Project Management Office (PMO) is accountable for driving the
completion of key Third Party Oversight and Control (TPOC) deliverables and
managing their associated dependencies.
This includes the execution of consistent program and project communications
across TPOC. The PMO also oversees and
tracks demand management for both new and existing priorities and produces both
scheduled and ad-hoc management presentations as required.
Role:
The TPOC program manager will report directly into the head
of the PMO. Their responsibilities will
include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Create and manage a book of work for the top 10 cross functional
initiatives inclusive of supporting documentation and presentations, as
required
- Maintain all program and project collateral as defined by the PMO’s
best practices
- Ability to create key management presentations under tight
deadlines with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to assert influence to help steer the program or project in
the strategic direction of the organization
- Participate and help support general financial and headcount
tracking and strategy
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in large global corporation or financial
services institution, with preferably at least three years in a program or
business management role
- Ability to identify, articulate, track, and manage project
requirements
- Develop thorough understanding of the individual initiatives that
comprise the overall TPOC program
- Provide stakeholder transparency by publishing regular and
consistent updates on project status and deliverable dates
- Ability to convert high level concepts into tangible presentation
materials to help educate key stakeholders across the bank
- Self-starter
with excellent writing and communication skills
