The Digital Identity and Authentication Product Team is building the future of digital identities and authentication to support a great experience for our customers and the delivery of our online services - you could be part of its success.


Digital Identity and Customer Authentication – Senior Product Manager


This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of digital identity and authentication capabilities in the banking sector. In this role you will be responsible for driving the roadmap for and delivery of cross-partner, cross-channel identity verification and customer authentication services that delight our customers.


You will work across the bank and with our partner organizations, leading the way in providing:

  • Ground-breaking services for customers to assert their identity when: applying for new services, authenticating themselves simply and securely, and protecting their data and privacy
  • Customer authentication capabilities and experience that start within our digital channels, but support customer journeys that span channels, products and partner organizations


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the strategic definition and evaluation of the significant Digital Identity and Authentication opportunities facing JPMC, and developing investment proposals and roadmaps for delivery of the chosen strategy
  • Leading industry partners, JPMC partners, customer experience teams, vendors and technical delivery partners to deliver new identity and authentication services for customers
  • Managing the interdependencies between the other Product delivery teams and the component activity required for E2E delivery of the required changes
  • Driving the design, requirements and delivery of these initiatives to quality, time and cost targets
  • Conducting periodic roadmap performance reviews with key stakeholders (plan vs. actual, key milestones/deliverables, management focus items, etc)
  • Develop and maintain the product road map/pipeline - gaining input from all stakeholders




You have:

  • Demonstrable passion and experience in driving leading-edge change in the financial services sector

  • Strong leadership and communications skills and the ability to operate in a fluid environment

  • 5+ years of product management experience

  • 7+ years of driving change in a large financial institution

  • Experience of managing authentication, fraud and security projects or operating in a risk management environment

  • Experience of waterfall and agile methods

  • Experience managing multiple bank and non-bank partners in a matrix structure




  • Master's degree required
