  • Operations Research – branch , call center, back office simulation networks, digitization, and what-if scenario testing

Qualified candidates will be senior quant or technology leaders who can manage teams of highly-capable and independent sole contributors.  In this role, you will be expected to be a thought-leader in driving the information availability and adoption across the BP&A community.  You are also responsible for attracting, developing and retain quant talent to ensure the team continues to enhance its value to the company, and participate in strategy and direction setting for the department.

The CTB Quant Executive Director will run a team charged with delivering on the CTB functional priorities listed prior. Your work will directly support the greater CCB BP&A efforts to ensure they have the best and most predictive data available for use, and will work hand-in-hand with them to ensure Chase maintains the best quantitative workforce optimization.
