As an experienced professional in Project Execution, you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture – namely, how can technology help achieve business goals – as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage resources and budgets, and build and incentivize high-performing teams. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable. Once you and your team establish a roadmap, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that ensuring that the project is running on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration and promote the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Role Expectation:

As a leader in your domain, you will drive the dissemination of our strategic programs, improvements and capabilities available to our clients and partners, you will establish the identity of each and all products. Being embedded with the product teams, you will combine your years of proven expertise with a never-ending quest to modernize how an organization communicates our approach, progress and success. 

Championing all aspects of technical communications from our product teams, you’ll lead an extended team of highly inspired and inquisitive technologists on jointly establishing regular

organizational and initiative, product updates that describe our business value linked to the objectives of our clients.

With your experience and high standards in modern communication practices and channels, your strong effective engagement style, in partnership with our corporate communication team, will raise our game even more, satisfying technical, business and organizational requirements. As a constant learner, and early adopter, you are already embracing new methodologies and practices. You will leverage the technical and communication resources of the business, the global technology organizations and external organizations to successfully execute the communication roadmap. Your flexibility and adaptability allow you to stay ahead of changing business priorities and respond quickly to emerging needs.

As a change agent, you will apply your leadership skills to a variety of organizational and  business needs, delivering on both tactical and stratigical goals.


 Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive the product lifecycle communication strategy for all Infrastructure products and  initiatives, executing that strategy across the organization delivering to our clients and partners.

  • Leverage a deep understanding of our strategy and our clients’ objectives to successfully drive initiatives, and influence and collaborate across your extended teams.

  • Introduce innovation and new concepts to proactively advance how you achieve your goals.

  • Employ agility, and large-scale scrum practices to adapt to your changing environment, supporting an open and transparent dialogue with your stake holders.

  • You will raise the abilities of your colleagues, supporting a structured communication plans across all initiatives and product lifecycles.
