The Global Employee Engagement, Culture & Conduct organization within HR focuses on enhancing the employee experience and developing best in class people practices firm wide.  The team will help set and implement a global vision, strategy, operating model to better understand and respond to employee needs and concerns; as well deliver exceptional employee experience.  This includes partnership with the business, function, and HR leaders on an in-depth review of feedback, culture & conduct, employee experience aspects of regulatory-related deliverables.  Overall, this organization will span the traditional HR lifecycle, employee engagement and broader listening strategy.



  • Actively champion the strategic direction of the Human Resources Employee Engagement Culture and Conduct (EECC) organization. Create a trusted and valued experience for internal clients and partners.
  • Proactively strengthened relationships globally across the firm’s Investigations functions. 
  • Oversee a team of experienced professionals responsible for managing the most highly sensitive cases and complex scenarios. Ensure the right balance towards risk mitigation, engagement and fairness.
  • Proactively provide guidance and advice to team members on investigations, disposition of matters, and key stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner as appropriate globally to understand Regional differences and requirements and execute with an eye towards global consistency with local execution, particularly as it relates to cross border situations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement of services.
  • Demonstrate expected behaviors, as well as, identify and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Deliver a trusted EECC brand known to employees and managers as a place where their voices are heard and acted on accordingly.
  • Deliver a first class experience to all stakeholders and control partners through effective collaboration and communication.


  • Oversight of experience team with expertise in managing  highly sensitive matters ; conducting specialized reviews and investigations
  • Strong relationships and trusted advisor across Legal, Compliance, Global Security, and Human Resources colleagues.
  • Exceptional knowledge of full range of EECC practices, procedures, and policies.
  • Impeccable judgment and discretion
  • Experience leading and managing teams that excel operationally and are laser focused on key stakeholder experience – employees, managers, partners.
  • Coaches for success; encourages employee development and mobility.
  • Challenges the status quo and acts as a catalyst for change by decisively adopting innovative ways of working, driving continuous improvement.
  • Identifies and understands business trends to improve culture and mitigate risk.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Disciplined and drives for results; actively applies feedback from key stakeholders.
  • Strong consulting/problem resolution experience with demonstrated ability to influence all employee levels from front line to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrates expected risk/controls behaviors by holding self and others accountable to operate within established standards and procedures.
