Client Experience Coordinator  â€“ Commercial Cards (Elgin)

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to join a new and expanding team within the Commercial Card Line of Business. 

In this role, you will be responsible for the processing and coordination of tasks for Commercial Card’s largest and most strategic clients.  You will partner closely with the Client Experience Analysts / Outsourced Program Administrator team to execute work for our clients.

This role is an integral part of the support model for Commercial Card’s largest and most strategic clients.  As part of the Client Experience / Outsourced Program Administrator team, you will coordinate, process and execute work on behalf of our clients.  This role requires strong organizational skills and the desire to work in fast paced environment.  You will serve as an intermediary between our clients and J.P. Morgan internal groups, communicating with clients to understand their needs and coordinating across our business to complete those activities.  Exact details of work will vary; including but not limited to approving client requests based on client information, processing legal contracts and answering client questions.  You will be expected to execute work thoughtfully, efficiently and with quality.  An attention to detail is critical for this role.


·         2+ years of experience in a Financial Services and / or Operations role

·         Client facing experience preferred

·         Desire to continually improve processes and efficiencies

·         Proven ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance-output teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

·         Client facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Demonstrate ongoing level of excellence in communication, teamwork, and quality delivery

·         Detailed oriented with focus on quality delivery

·         Exhibit effective and creative problem solving techniques with appropriate/effective escalation path as necessary.

·         Maintain a commitment to ongoing personal growth and development.

  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously drive, manage and effectively execute multiple projects
