Consumer and Small Business offers a broad array of credit cards to meet the needs of individual consumers and small businesses. Our portfolio includes Chase-branded credit cards - Sapphire, Freedom, Ink and Slate as well as co-branded credit cards offered in partnership with well-known brands and organizations, including AARP, Amazon, Disney, Marriott, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, and many others in the United States and Canada.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Within the Ultimate Rewards and Loyalty Services organization, lead new product development efforts, including new products, features, platforms and capabilities
  • Partner with business owners to identify opportunities, better understand customer needs and develop new customer journeys and
  • Develop rewards and loyalty strategies, evaluate and develop new operating models and build new business cases.
  • Develop new applications for big data and machine learning within new and existing rewards and benefits services
  • Partner with corporate development and other teams to identify and engage with potential technology capability partners
  • Develop and assess opportunities to apply block chain technology
 
  • Customer loyalty and rewards program experience – significant experience in consumer financial services, cards and points programs, rewards liability
  • Payments experience - digital wallets, merchant integration, card provisioning
  • Platform experience - designing, developing and/or managing APIs, microservices, SDKs, storefronts, gateways, channels
  • Digital expertise –  mobile and online technology, software development processes, customer experience strategy, Chase systems and external innovations
  • Product development– experience in building compelling value propositions, roadmap planning, managing performance against business metrics, project management
  • People management – experience managing people directly, indirectly and cross-functionally
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, digital/technology, product development and/or strategy consulting
  • Proven ability to innovate, lead and execute at multiple levels of management
  • Experience building strong relationships with internal and external clients, facilitating successful achievement of goals
  • Ability to create and achieve a desired future state vision through influence on group and individual goals, reinforcements and systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
