Director of Sales Technology leads our Salesforce CRM practice, which provides our clients, Sales and Service solutions through strategic, integrated implementation on the Salesforce Financial Services Platform. The role requires managing both a large/complex agenda and partnering with multiple senior stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase along with overseeing the team that implements these solutions. In this unique position, within the Digital organization, the goal is to develop Sales and Service platforms for our frontline and make it easy and awesome to become a Chase customer and grow with Chase. The expectation is to connect the customer journeys in unassisted digital channel with the assisted channel in the branches. Our Director of Salesforce CRM will have the opportunity to scale an already established practice as a CoE and make a big impact. We are leveraging data and analytics to help our customers make the most of their money and enable our Bankers to best service our customers. In terms of impact, it means engaging with over 50 MM customers and a frontline of ~ 40,000 Bankers in the branches and solving for some of the top strategic priorities in a customer centric manner. The Director of Salesforce CRM is a member of the management team.

With your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming, your team will raise their game even more, meeting your standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements. Your experience in one or more technology domains will help solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. In addition to creating solutions with your in-house team, you’ll also work alongside our team of technologists from around the world who are just as dedicated as you are.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead the team by generating a vision, establishing direction, motivating members, creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views

·         Continue to refine the governance model for managing Information Security in Public & Private Cloud

·         As the Technology leader of the CoE, provide subject matter expertise on sales and service cloud, solution design, development and testing

·         Leverage acumen to understand business problems and trends while developing and delivering core Salesforce solutions anchored in a strong understanding of the overall Salesforce ecosystem.

·         Strong engineering background with good understanding of Apex and other lightning components.

·         Require good understanding of domain driven design and microservices leveraging technologies like Kafka and Cassandra.

·         Knowledge of additional frameworks like Spring boot, Spark is a definite plus.

·         Manage a team of Salesforce Engineers and Business Analysts.

·         Manage business expectations and scope throughout the project lifecycle by consistently communicating clearly and leading stakeholder meetings as necessary

·         Continue to develop and document both processes and methodologies to help expand the CoE and help the team improve both accuracy and efficiency

·         Multi-disciplined professional with Bachelor’s degree and expertise in “change the firm” and “run the firm” disciplines

·         5+ years’ experience as a Director within the Salesforce platform, preferably with CRM focus

·         Strong understanding of the Salesforce Sales, Service and financial service platforms

·         Aptitude to lead and grow a team

·         Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects on time

·         Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills

·         Demonstrated professional writing/communication skills

·         Strong organization, interpersonal and management skills

·         Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and development

·         Team player that is able to work with diverse groups across an organization

·         Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly preferred.
