The primary purpose of the Learning Delivery Leader and team is to ensure our Learning Delivery offerings effectively support the needs of the business by focusing on process improvements, identifying operational efficiencies and providing an effortless modern learning experience for the associates and clients.

This position will collaborate with Leaders both in the CoE and the business units to ensure alignment and successful execution of learning deliverables. Integral to this is the responsibility to provide input in the design process, identify and incorporate delivery innovations, seek out and incorporate feedback and provide robust thought leadership specific to modern learning delivery methods.

The Learning delivery leader is responsible for the learning solutions deployment strategy for ADP clients and associates, across their region. The deployment options include a combination of in-person classes, virtual classes, Web seminars, and online instructor support on a range of topics such as ADP product, business process, functional skills, and industry certifications. They also ensure that the professionalism of their teams are maintained through the development, delivery, and implementation of trainer certification and development programs. .

The Learning delivery Leader is responsible for managing the Learning Strategy for EMEA ensuring there is a consistent Business and Consultative Learning Partnership strategy in place. They will lead a diverse team of Learning Consultants across EMEA and manage prioritization of learning schedules and key projects.

They will also be responsible in determining how to price, position and market our learning solutions in conjunction with business unit leadership for their region. Additionally, this position is responsible for forecasting and managing delivery resource requirements, for developing business cases to support additional delivery investments, and for identifying and implementing new learning strategies designed to increase the overall value provided to our clients and associates. It is critical that this leader stay abreast of current and future HCM practices as well as trends in learning and facilitation to provide best in class learning support.

This position collaborates closely with the other Learning delivery leaders, the Learning PMO and Design Leaders and the Enterprise Learning CoE's, as well as Talent and Development Teams to ensure modern learning delivery solutions are aligned across their region.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

Staff management:Recruits, selects and manages Learning Delivery team. Assigns roles, responsibilities and projects. Conducts performance appraisals and makes compensation decisions. Provides coaching and mentoring and supports continuous learning and staff development that enhances individual performance and team capabilities. Manages off shore/smart shore resources as needed. Implements and measures performance using industry standard tools and measurement instruments.

Strategic Execution: Develops and implements plans to execute on department and cross-functional organizational goals and strategies. Contributes to long range strategic planning for their region. Works with partner groups to ensure effective and efficient communication and delivery of strategic learning solutions.

Functional Proficiency and Operational Excellence: Leads team in aligning learning solutions with learner needs, delivers various learning methodologies, facilitates learning, builds learner motivation, delivers constructive feedback, creates a positive learning climate and ensures learning outcomes. Drives standards around learning delivery practices among all learning groups to ensure quality and consistency. Sponsors trainer certification programs and trainer development programs to ensure the adoption of effective best practices and high quality, effective output. Sets overall strategy for the delivery of learning.

Financial management: Gathers data from finance and other groups to forecast and manage Learning Services cost target. Develops and manages pricing models. Conducts cost benefit analysis to evaluate the viability of new learning opportunities. Forecasts and manages to Learning Delivery expense budget.

Marketing Communications: Develops and implements marketing communication strategies, in collaboration with the ESI PMO team and the Business Unit, designed to better understand learner needs and promote the right learning offerings to the right audiences, both internally and externally.

Vendor management: Partners with Vendor Management to select and manage external training vendors as needed

Evaluation: Working in conjunction with the ESI PMO Learning Analytics team, monitors the impact of learning delivery solutions to ensure their effectiveness. Uses this data to plan and implement improvements for current and future learning offerings.


Education & Certification Requirements:

Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience
Industry Recognized Training Certification
