2. Act as a product evangelist within Discovery, making users aware of new features
3. Create materials to guide the work of our teams (Epic documentation, business process flows, etc)

5. Manage Product Owners and Business Analysts as they define and develop functional requirements for all products within our portfolio
6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of how our users interact with the products in our portfolio, including their business processes and dependencies
7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of how our products connect with other products in the Content ecosystem at Discovery
8. Facilitate communication between Development, Analysis, and Testing groups within the software development teams
9. Monitor the processes and communications of our teams, working with team leaders to refine our development process as needed. Monitor team chemistry and fit, constantly working to improve team dynamics
10. Maintain backlog and prioritized roadmap for all products in the portfolio
11. Assist Product Owners, Analysts and the Production Support Team with analysis of major production issues including problem identification, implementation of short-term work around and coordination of long-term software solution with development team.
