Program Management is responsible for driving the technology agenda across the CCB. The role will be responsible for strategy development, communications, controls and people related programs (e.g. mobility, mentoring). The role will also be responsible for project execution, tracking and reporting progress across these key areas. This individual will work closely with the CCB Technology management team, the CCB Technology Finance & Business Management team, and the broader Global Technology organization to ensure focus on the appropriate priorities, provide transparency, and focus on long-term strategic priorities while driving execution and delivery.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Understand and interpret business strategy, goals and priorities across the CCB client base. Develop and articulate plans aligning technology deliverables to enable business goals. Partner effectively at all management levels across LOB partners.
• Coordinate and drive development of the multi-year CCB technology strategic roadmap.
• Manage the overall IT portfolio, including progress reporting, issues and risks. Lead and drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement around portfolio planning, management, and reporting.
• Monitor and review strategic projects across the portfolio.
• Work closely with the Finance & Business Management team on monthly reporting and forecasting activities.
• Work with technology leadership to define IT performance metrics, dashboards and reports across the organization.
• Provide regular performance and status reports to required stakeholders, including weekly flash reports, and monthly Business Reviews to CCB and GT executive management.
• Participate in the broader Global Technology strategy and CCB strategy programs as needed.
• Participate in regular business reviews with CCB Technology teams.
• Drive communications to staff, clients, and stakeholders on a consistent and consolidated basis.
Partner with business and technology teams to provide technology support to frontline employees in the branches(New and existing markets)
Lead platform and application modernization efforts
• Socialize and embed the CCB technology strategy with LOB business, operations, and technology staff
• Develop, maintain, and communicate objectives and key results (OKRs) and status of CCB tech initiatives and projects
• Select, develop and motivate a team with the skills to design, develop and support technology and services that meet business objectives

ʉۢ 10-12 years related business and technology experience, with 3-5 years in program management and/or business operations functions is strongly desired.
• Proven ability to examine, improve and execute the organization's existing processes and procedures for program execution
• Methodical and organized approach to analysis and problem solving
• Experience in formulating strategies and driving initiatives in agile and product centric organization
• Ability to lead within a cross line of business technology organization, empower people, build rapport, garnering respect and appropriately exercising authority in a collaborative cross-cultural environment.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills to a wide variety of senior managers across the organization.
• Stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to interact with senior levels of management
• Demonstrated capability of designing and implementing global standards • Track record of implementing successful risk management solutions
• Formal project management training (PMI/Six Sigma/other) and project management experience
IT delivery experience, Agile certification, and knowledge of risk and controls would be a plus
• Experience in matrixed/global organization
