The Digital Channels Strategy and Planning Product team is seeking a customer experience champion with strong analytical skills and business acumen to lead cross-channel strategic initiatives including trends and forecasting. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams in defining innovative customer experiences and drive cross-channel trends and forecasting.


The role will support the following key components:

  • Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap for Channels Strategy & Planning team
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and execute on determined strategy
  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of initiatives. 
  • Support development of go-to-market approach for key initiatives.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of current mobile applications, devices and trends. 
  • Maintain, evolve, and communicate best practices and lessons learned.
  • Prepare updates to senior management.

 Areas of responsibility include:

  • Performing competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
  • Working collaboratively with team members across LOBs and functional areas
  • Developing and contributing to concise communication materials for senior management
  • Ensuring book of work aligns to the overall project objectives and JPMC strategic priorities

  • Bachelor’s degree required, 3+ years of general banking experience, 1 year in Product Development or competitive analysis strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of and interest in current digital banking trends and future innovation
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams  
  • A strong team player with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches (including comfort in working with large data sets)
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding Digital Channels and its priorities while working in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to work in an environment of strong risk and controls
  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers
