The Salesforce CRM Strategy Support Manager is part of the Home Lending Product Team.  In this role, you will leverage previous experience to help innovate and design the end user CRM experience for our Home Lending Advisors.  As a senior member of the team, you may manage employees while also having direct accountability for roadmap deliverables.  The team is responsible for developing and innovating Home Lending’s new CRM solution built on the Salesforce platform.  This is not an IT position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the voice of the customer for our business partners

  • Effectively collaborate with technology partners to build best in class solutions

  • Recommend functional prioritization of features for development

  • Drive key partner and customer functional sessions

  • Participate and engage in all agile ceremonies

  • Collaborate cross line of business on development of the overall Salesforce platform

  • Assist with reporting constructs to monitor and share progress of platform

  • Support full test cycle and production roll out activities

 

 

 

  • BS/BA degree
  • Experience with Salesforce platform

  • Certified Salesforce Admin preferred

  • Experience leading business process improvement technology projects

  • Experience with agile product intake/delivery

  • Experience in Financial Services

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to lead in a changing business landscape

  • High level of strategic insight to translate initiatives into action plans

  • Strong problem solving and planning skills
