Compliance Analytics (CA) is a quantitative R&D team (within JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Corporate Compliance) responsible globally for compliance risk analysis and modeling.  CA is seeking a Business Support Associate to help organize and manage all projects, and communicate with all stakeholders. 

     

Successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills; an analytic aptitude; be comfortable with technology tools; and be an organized, flexible, and independent partner with CA colleagues.

    

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Formulate project plans, presentation decks, and monitor progress and compliance against risk model documents

  • Help develop, manage and maintain an internal CA web presence to communicate to/with all current and potential stakeholders

  • Create, organize and maintain a document library (using suitable technical documentation management tools), a repository of “organizational memory” by type (model document, official emails, presentation decks, etc.), project and version

  • Author, distribute and catalog meeting minutes, documentation, data files and deliverables/next steps

  • Support document creation and completion; provide input for structure, format, design (presentation slides) and content (i.e., wordsmithing, accuracy, consistency)

  • Contribute recommendations for process improvement, risk mitigation, and improved controls

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Qualifications

 

  •      Relationship management and organizational management skills

  •      Business experience; technical experience a plus

  •      Experience writing, enhancing, and managing business documents

  •      Proven PowerPoint / MS Word expertise; Excel/Visio proficiency a plus

  •      Strong SharePoint facility (other electronic information tools, e.g., interactive  dashboards, internal web pages, a plus)

  •      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  •      Flexible, independent, collaborative, organized, detailed
