As part of the U.S. Benefits Plans department, the Benefits Delivery and Customer Service Unit is responsible for customer service and administration of all U.S. Health benefit programs except pension administration (e.g., medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, 401K), performing administrative oversight of plans to maintain compliance with plan documents and legal requirements while optimizing the customer experience. This unit is responsible for managing vendors and monitoring their performance, implementing regulations and changes based on design decisions made, responding to customer inquiries and escalated cases and reviewing customer facing communications and websites for clarity and accuracy. The Customer Service Benefit Analyst is an important role within this unit, responsible for handling and researching customer cases/responses regarding healthcare, insurance and 401K and partnering with our internal benefits call center management as well as other external call centers to maximize the experience for our customers.

Our U.S. Benefits Department is responsible for healthcare and insurance plans and qualified plan offerings, Wellness programs offered to our employees and their covered spouses/domestic partners, onsite Health & Wellness clinics available at 28 major sites around the country, Employee Assistance Program, and related regulatory and internal reporting required to properly oversee these offerings.

The Senior Administrative Assistant will perform diverse administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound judgment. The successful candidate will possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility to a high-paced deadline driven organization. This individual will help be a champion of JPMorgan Chase & Co. culture, values, and business practices.

This candidate must posses a creative and “think outside the box” approach to solving conflicts and ensuring resolution. Ultimately, you should be able to seamlessly support your senior managers and ensure that daily operations are run smoothly and effectively.

In this position, you will be required to use exceptional organization to effectively manage your time as you partner across the organization with multiple clients and colleagues to execute business objectives in a fast-paced and constant changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple calendars across the team(s); provide back-up support to other Administrative Assistants as needed
• Coordinate meetings and conference rooms, order any necessary food/catering
• Arrange travel arrangements and process expense reports
• Answer phones, order, stock and maintain supplies
• Submit repair and technology requests for the floor
• Adhoc projects as needed
• Process timely and accurate travel expense reports
• Develop and maintain electronic files as needed
• Assist with staff onboarding and off boarding which includes requesting equipment setup and system access
• Manage general office needs such as ordering supplies, mail distribution, and floor maintenance
• Submission of vendor invoice, general bookkeeping, and facilitating changes to billing system
• Gather requested information for subpoenas and other legal requests, when needed

Requirements:
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, , work effectively under pressure, and be flexible.
• Strong time management, sound judgment, good prioritization, team player.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, works well individually and in teams, shares information, and supports colleagues
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with a professional attitude
• Demonstrates discretion in handling confidentiality and sensitive topics
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required with the ability to produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
• Excellent telephone skills (i.e. takes accurate and complete messages)
• Professional, refined profile with expertise in administrative or related functions; experience working for executives and proven ability to meet their expectations with accurate and efficient delivery



• Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience required
• Knowledge of the following systems: EURC, RSAM, Arriba, Concur, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel is a plus
• Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
