Compliance Project Manager Overview:

Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Monitoring and Testing (M&T) activities represent an independent evaluation by the second line of defense of the first line of defense’s compliance with laws and regulations, as well as internal policies, standards, and procedures.  CCOR Monitoring is the ongoing evaluation of compliance, conduct, and operational risk exposure as well as control effectiveness.
