  • The role is a part of the Line Maintenance team within our Technical Operations group.
  • Responsible for system support for Line Maintenance Technical Operations Administration.
What you'll do
  • Provides headcount reporting on current and forecasts
  • Provides assistance to management on headcount planning, including any requested analytics
  • Provides hiring expense analysis
  • Accounts for and retain historical hiring and attrition records
  • Tracks all employee requests/requisitions and manage all resource related reporting (including Headcount Actuals, Headcount Forecasting, Resource Location Strategy, and Span of Control Analysis
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Tech Ops Finance to respond and answer headcount inquires
  • Ensures and guides consistent compliance of policies and procedures throughout the system
  • Participates in preparation and implementation of all shift bid, vacations bids, relief bids, transfers, PTR processing and Holiday Off procedures
  • Ensures consistency and standardization of any contract related item, in regards to Administration, throughout the system and makes recommendations for best practices of administering processes
  • Teaches and trains Workbrain/Air Vault/Learning Hub/shift and vacation bid process when necessary
  • Analyzes and communicates management, support staff and labor vacancies to senior leadership
  • Prepares variance reports for review detailing vacancies by category, highlighting potential problem areas or opportunities, and makes recommendations for changes to forecasted headcount
  • Acts as business unit conduit to Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Hiring Manager and Labor Relations to ensure the headcount is within budget
  • Some travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Must pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
  • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Proficient in Workbrain, AutoTA, Tableau and COGNOS
