Description

 

The project manager will be focused on coordinating, communicating and driving the location strategy and planning for Consumer Banking (excluding branch locations).  Consumer Banking has over 1,700 non-branch locations across 29 states and 3 countries. 

 

This challenging, high-visibility, hands-on position will interact with the Consumer Banking Senior Management, Consumer Banking Finance & Accounting, CCB P&A, and Global Real Estate.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and coordinate location strategy and related internal real estate costs for Consumer Banking.  Advise on location options to make informed real estate decisions

  • Oversight and reporting of headcount forecast by location and close partnership with the broader finance team to ensure solutions support the overall needs of Consumer Banking.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for  real estate project requests requested by the business

  • Responsible for reviewing incremental seat requests from the business to ensure it aligns with CLS strategy

  • Coordinate and review completion of headcount planning by location (executed by CB finance) across Consumer Banking

  • Maintain and refine key metrics and performance indicators measuring efficiency of the CCB Digital organization, including alignment to key locations, structure, and shape of the organization

  • Ad hoc projects

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required – degree in Finance, MIS, or Economics preferred

  • Self-motivated, organized, attention to detail and go beyond immediate responsibilities

  • Strong communication and presentations skills with frequent interaction with senior management

  • Confident and personable attitude with the ability to face off with senior management at all levels, influence/handle difficult messages, and resolve conflicts

  • Experience partnering in either a Finance and/or Business Management capacity and providing insights/recommendations to senior management

  • Proven organization and project management skills

  • Ability to create strategic and visual PowerPoint presentations for executive management review

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Capacity and desire to work both at a strategic and detailed analysis level

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and handle competing priorities under pressure
