To realize this strategy, the Community and Business Development team is looking for a Vice President, Go to Market Strategy to support the Youth & Student Segments 

 

The VP will develop our strategy and execute plan to deliver a holistic go to market strategy, inclusive of plans to equip the field, our branch network, servicing, operations, and other partners to deliver success for all student products to build a differentiated, innovative experience that appeals to next-gen customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute a holistic go to market strategy to deliver success
  • Lead field and employee pilots including the Project Grammar rollout plan
  • Work with field leadership to develop growth strategy,  market plan development, and field incentives alignment
  • Partner with National Sales to develop banker and field leadership resources including refining banker training, creating branch resources and tools, and launch support
  • Partner with Servicing and Operations to develop and deliver Servicing Strategy and approach
  • Develop and coordinate branch, field, service, and operations reporting

  • Partner with Finance, Product, and analytics teams to address ad hoc CEO-level questions and requests

  • Act as a Thought Leader to drive problem solving and identify business solutions

        Qualifications:

        • 7+ Years of Experience in Consumer Banking, Retail Branch, Field, National sales, strategy, management consulting, servicing, operations or other related experience preferred

        • Operates as an owner, able to work cross-functionally, prioritize effectively and operates with a bias towards execution
        • Collaborates well in a highly matrixed organization and comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment

        • Possesses strength in developing impactful presentations and storylines for senior audiences
        • Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation
        • Comfortable presenting recommendations to senior management and capable of influencing multiple stakeholders
        • Proven ability promoting a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control expectations, procedures and processes
        • Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degrees, other certification a plus)

        • Highly organized and detail oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem solving

        • Team player with ability to build strong cross-business relationships

        • Self-motivated individual that demonstrates initiative with proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability with minimal supervision
