Commercial Card provides payment solutions to businesses,

governments and other institutions for commercial expenditures, including business supplies, maintenance, repair, operational expenses and

travel. Our solutions and best practices offer the control, reporting, reconciliation and financial benefits organizations need to streamline payment

processes and help turn accounts payable departments into profit centers. Our online management applications provide clients with the ability to

establish spending limits, create authorizations and workflows, streamline reporting and enforce buying policies throughout an organization.

 

Objectives for this role include driving Commercial Card client engagement and program growth, minimizing attrition and proactively addressing client issues based on trigger-based account trends.  This role will work in proactive consultation with our Csh Management and Business Bank partners to address business needs by leveraging a variety of Commercial Card solutions.


This will be accomplished by:

 Â·        Proactively addressing client issues, including migrations between platforms

·         Managing internal relationship management with key partners

·         Providing direct support to Banker or CMC for client dialogues

·         Using specific client information for outreach programs

·         Outlining programs, options, alternatives to increase client spend on card programs

·         Monitoring client spend activity for clients significantly underachieving targeted spend

·         Demonstrations as needed with client

·         Partnership with Banker/CMC in planning client discussions, coaching, etc.

 

·         Deep analytical skills and understanding of client program utilization data

·         Broad knowledge of product offering and product delivery options

·         Deep understanding of product configuration and implementation requirements

·         Minimum of 3 years of C-level client engagement experience

·         Knowledge of credit card industry, banking environment, or merchant services is preferred, but not required

·         Strong relationship management skills

·         Ability to hold C-level business discussions and articulate financial benefits and solutions

·         Effective sales/communications skills (verbal and written)

·         Ability to inspire, motivate and engage the commitment of others

·         Strong influencing, negotiation and problem solving and follow-up skills

·         Sense of urgency for goal achievement, strong commitment to driving results

·         Ability to multitask and operate independently

·         Willingness to contribute in a high performing team environment

·         Computer skills necessary - Word - Excel - PowerPoint - Outlook

·         College degree preferred

·         Role to be based in Plano, Tx

·         <20% travel
