JPMorgan's industry-leading commercial card offering includes Purchasing Card, Corporate Card (T&E), Single Use and One Card (Middle Market) products.

As a Digital Strategy Manager, you will be accountable for strategy setting for our proprietary commercial card platform, PaymentNet, as well as APIs for a variety of commercial card platforms or systems.  You will have the opportunity to help shape the digital roadmap for commercial card.


This is a business side role, with technical components.  The successful candidate must have strong business knowledge and experience, while understanding technical concepts.

Responsibilities Include

  • Partner with firm-wide Digital strategy and delivery channels to build the integration roadmap of Commercial Card into LOB platforms (e.g., JPMorgan Access, Chase Connect); lead these integration efforts on behalf of Commercial Card

  • Develop and maintain the medium and long term strategy for PaymentNet, the proprietary JPMorgan platform that enables our clients to manage their card programs and our cardholders to manage their card accounts.

  • Develop and manage API strategy for the PaymentNet (PNet) and Servicing and Operations platforms; serve as Product Owner for API development on the PNet platform

  • Partner with other Commercial Card product teams to design and support  digital experiences that are part of the product roadmap (e.g., Instant Card, expense management)

  • Support overall Commercial Card API governance initiatives

  • Support enhancement of Commercial Card’s domain and business capability mapping

  • Effectively partner with diverse array of constituents in order to deliver high quality work in a deadline driven and fast paced environment


  • 5+ years’ experience in one of these functions:  Product Management, Digital Strategy, Product Development

  • Demonstrated experience with strategy setting, including API strategy development is a plus

  • Experience in consumer or commercial card issuing businesses is highly desired

  • Proven ability to accomplish goals through influence across the enterprise, rather than direct line management control, exhibiting negotiation and collaboration success

  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with strong professional presence

  • Independent learner who is self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives


  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, including the ability to effectively organize and communicate the information, adjusting message and style based on different audiences and agendas

  • BA / BS degree
