CX Strategy Product Manager – Commercial Card E2E Journey Manager

 

Commercial Card provides payment solutions to businesses, governments and other institutions for commercial expenditures, including business supplies, maintenance, repair, operational expenses and travel.  Our solutions and best practices offer the control, reporting, reconciliation and financial benefits organizations need to streamline payment processes and help turn accounts payable departments into profit centers.  Our online management applications provide clients with the ability to establish spending limits, create authorizations and workflows, streamline reporting and enforce buying policies throughout an organization.  

Commercial Card operates within Treasury Services in J.P. Morgan Chase’s Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB).

 

Overview:

 

The Commercial Card Client Experience Journey Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining journeys across all Commercial Card products and services. The Journey Manager will partner with cross functional teams to identify and execute on experience initiatives that enhance end-to-end client experiences.   

 

As the Client Experience Journey Manager, the candidate will engage with key stakeholders across servicing, product, architecture and technology teams to complete end-to-end mapping of current state experiences and build a backlog of enhancement opportunities to drive Commercial Card client experience roadmap.  Responsibilities include leading working sessions, drive accountability of team members to develop and maintain journey artifacts.  This individual will work closely with the members of the Client Experience team to measure client behavior and feedback to continually improve and evolve the offering.

 

We are looking for client-focused, passionate candidates who have demonstrated success in developing and delivering against client experience journeys. This individual must be experienced with agile practices, collaborating with design, UX, and research experts, and driving decision-making across cross-functional groups.

Morgan Commercial Card across the industry.

  

Responsibilities

  • Manage journeys to influence a client experience roadmap to meet business goals, achieve key performance indicators and provide a world-class customer experience
  • Apply business cases to identify and prioritize client experience enhancement opportunities, including; client facing and internal processes or documentation redesign
  • Lead feature definition and prioritization, informed by data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and business goals
  • Build consensus among stakeholders and partner with engineers and designers to deliver high quality experiences
  • Provide clear vision and documentation, including use cases, product requirements, and high-level wireframes to support UX design, tech development, and operations support
  • Build and present executive product updates, including performance metrics, delivery status, and roadmap updates
  • Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience
  • 5+ years experience building and launching digital products and/or strategic consulting in the financial services industry
  • Track record of leading cross functional teams in an Agile transformation environment
  • Proven strategy, analytical skills, problem solving ability, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
  • Able to effectively manage competing priorities, manage tight delivery timelines, and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Able to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal stakeholders
  • Working understanding of the Commercial Card client lifecycle
  • Technical knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Confluence
