Commercial Banking (CB) serves more than 30,000 clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within Commercial Banking and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan lines of business. These functions include loan documentation, closing and funding, payment and fee processing, syndication loan and trade processing, credit administration and collateral perfection and management.

Our businesses and corporate groups rely on data to facilitate and execute transactions, support our clients, identify potential risks, and meet regulatory requirements.
The CB WLS Operations Data Quality Analytics & Reporting Associate will lead the development of executive level dashboards and custom reporting to proactively monitor the quality of data under management, using Tableau or Qlik Sense. The candidate must possess advanced analytical expertise, a client-focused mentality, superior communication skills, and intellectual curiosity, while applying their technical and design skills to build new business intelligence data visualization and reporting. Prior experience designing and building dashboards in Qlik Sense or Tableau is required. Proficiency with SQL querying, and experience analyzing data is also required.
The candidate will work in a complex data environment, and develop a solid understanding of WLS businesses, functions, systems, and data flows that are key to understanding and supporting the quality of data, serve as our in-house data quality analytics and insight expert. The role will engage with various business, technical, and other partners.
In addition, ideal candidate can independently research and resolve issues, and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a team that prides itself on attention to detail and results. Working knowledge of data management practices and governance, including data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data quality management tools is preferred.
