This is a fast-moving, high exposure role that requires rapid execution of time-sensitive information, often connected to live transactions.  Candidates will have significant interface with and exposure to senior management, bankers and risk professionals across CB and will often work collaboratively with professionals in CIB, AWM and BB.   Candidates must be comfortable with high pressure situations and must be highly organized to manage numerous details linked to multiple transactions and industry situations.  Candidates should have outstanding written and oral communication skills; they must be highly proficient in power-point and be able to creatively develop in-depth presentation decks for presentation to CB executive management.   Candidates should be comfortable speaking in front of senior officers and should be able to represent CB Reputation Risk at CB LOB forums, firm-wide Reputation Risk forums and New Business Initiative meetings.  Candidates will be required to provide CB Reputation Risk Office assessments and points of view on agenda items.  Candidates will report to CB’s Head of Reputation Risk.








Ideally 6-10 years of banking experience, JD a plus.

Strong knowledge of CB business, risk and control organizations and firmwide business organizations is a plus.

Strong data management skills are essential.


Candidates will oversee and administer all aspects of Reputational Risk process, including: 

  • Managing pipeline of reputation risk submissions and ensuring timely follow-up with bankers, risk professionals, including identifying matters for escalation to senior LOB executives or CB RRC, as appropriate.

  • Documenting all reputation risk matters into the firmwide reputation risk database to ensure fulsome records of all escalations and ensuring that all matters are properly reported and filed.

  • Writing and providing bi-monthly reporting on all CB Reputation Risk matters to CB CRO and directs.

  • Collaborating with CB Head of Reputation Risk to determine matters requiring CB RRC escalation.

  • Researching, gathering data and preparing presentation decks for monthly CB RRC meetings, including minutes and reporting.

  • Collaborating with CB Head of Reputation Risk on new and follow-up High Risk Industry Reviews as required per CB Enhanced Industry and Client Risk (EICR) protocols, including developing and creating new industry risk review frameworks and risk factors to assess CB prospects and industries for CB RRC review.

  • Attending all CB and firmwide meetings requiring CB Reputation Risk Office engagement, as appropriate.

  • Collaborating with cross-LOB partners on development of new firmwide reputation risk guidance, reporting, technology and systems enhancements.

  • Providing training to CB bankers as needed.
