Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within Commercial Banking and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan lines of business. These functions include loan documentation, closing and funding, payment and fee processing, syndication loan and trade processing, credit administration and collateral perfection and management. This role resides within the WLS Transformation & Simplification organization and supports the Firmwide LIBOR Transition Program for Commercial Banking. 

Position Overview

The individual will support the CB LIBOR Transition Team around all project management / business analyst tasks related to the LIBOR Transition Program. 


The assignment involves significant work around end to end project milestone ownership / progression, senior level presentation development / delivery, establishing strong project management structure and accountability across the full stakeholder population. 


The ideal candidate with have extensive experience with project management around operations / technology, including readiness and training, process mapping and data analysis as well as strong demonstrated experience in producing senior executive level documents / updates / communications balanced with an aptitude to garner stakeholder engagement / accountability / consistent timely progression of deliverables as well as managing senior level meetings and the corresponding takeaways.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Support end to end project management / business analyst / administrative tasks for the overall LIBOR Transition Program for Commercial Banking
  • Provide recurring / quality / concise updates on all assignments to the CB Program Exec and Lead demonstrating ownership and a full understanding of all assigned items
  • Assist with the development / evolution of effective / meaningful presentations and project update materials suitable for senior executive level consumption
  • Prepare agendas and distribute meeting documentation to enable preparation and participation of key meeting participants
  • Distribute meetings summaries and list of actions, holding individuals accountable for completion (tracking all items through their full lifecycle; develop method to manage)
  • Schedule, facilitate and be an active participant in all meetings and discussions
  • Design / Develop / Maintain a SharePoint site to house / maintain all of the CB Transition Team’s respective program related documentation
  • Assist with the development of detailed project plans, document key milestones, owners and target dates, highlight dependencies where appropriate – provide full transparency to the project team and stakeholders
  • Own specific project plan milestones from beginning to end engaging and holding all project participants accountable across their respective milestones
  • Identify, document and manage project risks / issues through resolution, escalating as appropriate
  • Coordinate and conduct process reviews (process mapping), including extensive business analysis, with subsequent need to present recommendations and suggestions to stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development of business requirements (BRD) to guide tech development, executing user acceptance testing and updating procedures/training materials

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in the financial services market, preferably in the project management space across loan operations and/or loan technology
  • The ideal candidate will be a consistent high performer with a positive attitude, be detail-oriented with a strong aptitude around operational / technological issues and data 
  • Outstanding document / presentation / project update abilities (creation / evolution) for senior executive level consumption
  • Excellent ability to own pieces of work, project milestones, meetings from beginning to end keeping all related action owners accountable with timely completion
  • Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives across all project management phases from inception to closure including operational readiness, training and process mapping
  • Strong data analysis / quantitative / technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new metrics, processes, and datasets
  • Ability to partner w/ Business, Technology & Operations partners to recommend value add solutions and strategic / tactical ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with superb execution and delivery under commitments
  • Highly-effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to command / push back / influence senior executive level individuals
  • Demonstrated expert level ability with Microsoft Office Applications (Power Point w/ PitchPro+, Word, Excel, Pivot Tables)
  • Strong SharePoint development / enhancement skills
