Team Overview

CB CAO Service Delivery & Innovation (SD&I) function is responsible for designing and delivering the CAO target state operating model. Within this function, the Digital Adoption and Readiness team is responsible for developing and executing change readiness for CB CAO and increasing the adoption of digital solutions and applications by CB clients and employees to drive value, improve client experiences and efficiency.

 
Position Overview

The SD&I Readiness VP will report to the SD&I Readiness Lead. The role requires a strategic, results-focused, and process-disciplined professional capable of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Please have experience in key areas of change management including stakeholder alignment, communication, training and change measurement. The successful candidate will be able to oversee and shepherd the ready-to-launch processes, including coordinating with key partners, to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new solutions.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client and employee impact analysis for the various initiatives to ensure that all functional groups across Service, Sales, Implementation, Banking, etc. can properly prepare for the rollout, enhancements and changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional program teams responsible for assessing change impacts, providing strategic guidance, defining requirements, planning implementation activities, and developing employee and/or client readiness plans and materials inclusive of communication, training, procedures, risk/controls, and cross-LOB initiative considerations
  • Partner with readiness partners in Service, Implementation, CB Product and CIB
  • Formalize and socialize the Readiness governance model for the team: executing project and communication plans with the objective of preparing internal audiences to manage changes for impacted clients.
  • Engage with Digital Adoption team and other partners to ensure awareness and usage of new offerings as they’re rolled out.
  • Integrate effective change management methods to drive user adoption
  • Develop deep relationships with assigned functional/business line managers to facilitate end-user adoption
  • Provide project management support to assess change impacts, provide strategic guidance, define requirements, plan implementation activities, and develop employee and/or client readiness plans and materials for Change Readiness initiatives.
  • Establish strong working relationships with CB Product Solutions teams, as well as functional partners in service, onboarding, legal, compliance, risk and controls.
 

Qualifications
  • Focus on strong program management experience
  • 5+ experience delivering complex process improvement and technology initiatives at scale, collaborating with multiple teams / functions, and driving change within large organizations
  • Demonstrated experience managing through influence, collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders
  • Superior judgment to mitigate risk and foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated
  • Bachelor's Degree required
