CORPORATE CLIENT BANKING AND SPECIALICED INDUSTRIES (CCBSI)

The Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries (CCBSI) group is part of Commercial Banking at J.P. Morgan Chase and currently focuses on U.S. and Canadian headquartered companies typically with revenues of over $500mm which requires traditional banking services in addition to investment banking products. An International Product Specialist (IPS) within the Commercial Bank, CCBSI Segment will be responsible for supporting the growth of J.P. Morgan's international business among corporate clients and prospects in the $500 million – $3 billion sales size.  The role of an International Product Specialist is to drive the international agenda for a select portfolio of clients with large opportunities, globally.  The IPS will be responsible for setting the international strategy, in collaboration with the corporate banker and treasury sales officer.  The IPS is evaluated on revenue growth within their portfolio across treasury services, lending, trade and foreign exchange. 

An IPS must be a team player who is able to function effectively in a fast paced environment. They need to coordinate and effectively partner with the global banking team to ensure a consistent strategy for their portfolio is carried out across the J.P. Morgan branch network. An IPS must have a broad knowledge of international banking products with a strong emphasis on treasury services. 

• Manage and aggressively grow international treasury revenue across a portfolio of mid-corporate clients.
• Harness subject matter expertise for Treasury Services internationally including trade, FX and lending in the EMEA, Asia and America’s region
• Partner and influence Treasury Services and Commercial Banking teams to establish and drive business development strategies including input into product development, marketing, and other strategic initiatives
• Accountable for revenue expansion, pipeline momentum, relationship profitability, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy and proposal/presentation delivery
• Maintain a strong client focus, treasury industry expertise and a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of doing business globally
• Provide informal supervision and ongoing guidance to assigned Treasury Sales Associate(s)

• 5+ years of successful direct sales or relationship management - focused on International Treasury Management and solutions delivery
• Success in providing consultation on the aspects of International banking and cash management
• Extensive knowledge of International banking products, services, and markets (Treasury, lending, trade finance and foreign exchange)
• Executive presence and consultative sales acumen; ability to develop advisory relationships with clients, prospects and bankers
• Proven track record of results-oriented performance; building and influencing strategic relationships; capable of working with minimal supervision
• Broad and deep transaction banking technical knowledge
• Good familiarity with key global treasury trends
• Ability to travel 30 - 40% of the time throughout the Northeast region of the US and internationally to effective present solutions to clients and prospects of the firm
