Our Team

This position will be part of the CWM Managed Product Organization within the Managed Account Operations team.  Managed Account Operations sit at the intersection of Financial Advisors in our branch network and the various money managers that have oversight of our accounts.  We support both and work to ensure that accounts are traded efficiently and requests are actioned in a timely manner. 

    
Responsibilities

As a Business Process Analyst in the Chase Wealth Management Managed Account Operations area you will be responsible for performing analysis on current processes, working to implement changes as well as liase with various partners.  This role will require you to communicate daily on escalations and issues and challenge you to think critically about processes.  In addition you will be expected to perform traditional processing functions and help out on various ad hoc projects across the organization.

 

 

  • Basic knowledge of investment products/accounts

  • Basic knowledge of trade lifecycle and processing

  • Expert knowledge of Pershing Managed Account System (PMAS)

  • Comfortable working with data to present trends, analysis and impacts

  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivots, nests, etc)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and Financial Advisors

  • Logical, structured approach to problem solving

  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

  • Comfortable working in a team based environment to solve problems
