The Position:

Chase is seeking a highly effective Associate, Digital Product person to help support the Digital Account Opening (DAO) branch originations experience. In this role, the candidate will build out the end-user (customer & banker) experience and create and drive feature requirements to onboard new lines of business to the branch DAO platform.  He/she will work with product managers tasked with the full branch DAO launch and evolution for these new business lines, which include Credit Card Consumer and Credit Card Business. Collaboration with other business and engineering product owners, as well as other cross-functional support groups will be required to develop a unified, comprehensive, and compliant customer experience.


The ideal candidate understands the broader digital financial services originations landscape and is able to identify and tangibly bring to the life the evolution of the branch DAO experience. Comprehensive understanding of product management and its specific role as the end-to-end owner is critical. This role will specifically require a deep sense of teamwork and ‘walls-down’ approach in order to succeed.



  • Serve as digital product associate for key functional areas within the branch Digital Account Opening experience
  • Create feature requirements in line with branch DAO program initiatives and work with technical application development teams in an agile context to drive functional delivery
  • Prioritize feature backlogs for branch DAO enrichment; identify and solve potential roadblocks
  • Engage with cross functional partners—including branch transformation & innovation product management, branch mobile technology, national sales, legal, risk, compliance & controls stakeholders—to align on execution and delivery of features and maintain productive partnerships throughout the product lifecycle
  • Assist with definition of product strategy and market research to continually vet and develop the CX with a customer-first focus
  • Identify and analyze ongoing product gaps, optimizations and future opportunities
  • Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs
  • Be highly adaptive and have a collaborative can-do spirit

Skill Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years of experience with Digital products and services
  • Experiencing working with broad cross-functional partners on a daily basis and leveraging those relationships for excellent work product
  • Ability to influence and present to stakeholders at senior levels to ensure proper awareness, support and escalations
  • Ability to analyze data, synthesize key learnings, and present information in succinctness
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase
  • Proactive, able to work well under tight delivery timelines; ability to operate in a fluid environment
  • Highly organized with foundational understanding of agile execution methodology
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to small team
  • Demonstrable experience working in financial services, retail banking, digital payments, e/m-commerce, online and mobile platforms, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
