It is made up of various sub-lines of business: Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Chase Wealth Management, Card Services, Merchant Services, Auto Finance, and Home Lending. 

This Financial Associate position will be part of the financial planning and analysis team supporting the Consumer & Community Bank line of business within JPMorgan Chase & Co.  This position will be responsible for coordinating the allocation process for CCB as well as assisting in the development of various cost models.  The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to partner with Finance and Business leaders related to budgeting, forecasting,  expense allocations, cost models and ad-hoc financial analysis. 


Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist with the management of CCB indirect expenses

  • Assist in the development and presentation of various cost models

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting which provides clear explanations of results, variances, and business drivers

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Establish and maintain cross-functional knowledge in understanding  expenses across various functions and LOBs

  • Drive process improvement to enhance reporting and gain efficiencies

  • Proactively take ownership of financial data and elevate any issues

  • Participate in ad-hoc analytics to support a range of projects and requests from management



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required

  • 3-5 years of related financial experience

  • Strong organizational skills and decision making capabilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with various levels across the organization

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, especially in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion Essbase, SAP, and SAS experience preferred
