CCB Data & Analytics: 

The newly formed CCB Data & Analytics Team unifies data and analytics talent across Chase to responsibly leverage data to build competitive advantages for our businesses with value and protection for customers.  The team encompasses a variety of Data & Analytics disciplines, from data governance and data strategy/partnerships to reporting, data science and machine learning, and are actively engaged in ensuring impact at the front-line and the customer through Sales and Marketing transformation.  We have a strong partnership with our dedicated Technology partners, who provide us with our cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. CCB Focused Analytics Solutions Team (FAST) is responsible for working across CCB to develop and execute actionable data science and analytical solutions which leverage Big Data in a consulting-style environment that places a premium on creative problem solving and client interaction.  The team works on a large range of strategic, highly visible projects with internal clients including Consumer Banking, Home Lending, Card Services, Business Banking, Auto Finance, and Merchant Services. This role is part of the Third Party Data Innovation Lab within the FAST team. The Innovation Lab sources and evaluates third party data and analytical solutions on behalf of the Chase Bank lines of business.  In this role you will have the opportunity to engage with external vendors to identify and evaluate data-centric solutions which drive business performance.  It is a unique opportunity to have meaningful impact on a large scale at a leading financial services firm.


What to Expect:


The Analytics Solutions Associate is responsible for supporting the FAST Innovation Lab team in designing and managing the evaluation of third party data-centric solutions. This role ensures alignment of those third party solutions to business outcomes, and pulls in resources from supporting groups as necessary. This role is a mix of consulting (problem solving, client interaction), vendor management (researching and sourcing, negotiating test agreements, managing relationships) and project management (leading the execution of evaluations). You’ll make an impact by:


  • Identifying new third party data solutions to drive superior customer experience and business performance

  • Engaging with internal clients and external vendors to assess the viability and efficacy of a given third party solution

  • Designing and executing test plans to evaluate new third party solutions within existing Chase data and TPO governance standards

  • Clearly communicating to all stakeholders the proposed plan and status of evaluations



  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors (preferred)
  • Experience in financial services, big data, technology, or relevant start up environment

  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills (problem structuring, driving to an answer, having a point of view)

  • Ability to communicate both internally and externally with ease, adjusting communication style based on the audience

  • Strong project management skills – the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work requirements to work in a multi-disciplinary team setting

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Basic awareness of Big Data technologies & their applications

  • Manage and own work plan autonomously

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university
