Job Description

JP Morgan’s industry-leading commercial card offering includes Purchasing Card, Single-Use Accounts (SUA), One Card and Corporate Card (T&E). Commercial Cards provide payment solutions to businesses (Public and Private Sector) and other institutions for commercial expenditures, including business supplies, maintenance, repair, operational expenses and travel.

The focus for this role is product development of the Single-Use Account product which is experiencing substantial growth in market. This includes responsibility to setting direction on client and developer experience efforts, understanding product and technology trends, defining and managing product innovation roadmap, and sales enablement in collaboration with colleagues across technology, product, finance, and all client facing teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development of the Single-Use Accounts product and platform vision and turn the vision into action by managing each stage of the product lifecycle.

  • Manage the product development process by defining and prioritizing a features backlog, running scrum meetings and defining KPIs

  • Have deep understanding of the product and system specifications and benefits, and can effectively communicate those benefit to others, including customers, business and technical colleagues and executives

  • Guide the creation of system to system integration channels, including APIs, and the development and testing required to meet the highest standards in integration design

  • Own ongoing operation and growth of the Single-Use Accounts product including serving as a technical subject matter expert and primary contact for Single-Use Accounts and roadmap

  • Provide consultation to prospects, clients and partners on integration strategies and best practices

  • Partner with technology to build secured, highly available, scalable, and adaptable platform for the product

  • Provide oversight of end-to-end client experience, including management of client servicing strategy, adherence to servicing level agreements and assistance in resolving questions/customer escalations

  • 5+ years of product management, strategy, or marketing experience; commercial card or treasury payments experience or 5+ years of application development management, or application, integration, enterprise or business architecture experience a strong plus

  • A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance

  • Analytical thinker with financial acumen and ability to interpret results and key performance metrics to drive change and deliver financial results

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively organize and communicate complex information

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence internal and external partners; self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred or equivalent experience.  Computer Science background is a strong plus
