A successful Remote Wealth Management Site Leader will lead multiple remote Advisor teams that work in a team environment to offer comprehensive investments solutions and advice to individuals and families over the telephone. The Remote Wealth Management Site Leader plays a key role in ensuring our customer obsessed culture. We make it easy to bank and invest when, where and how our customers want. The Remote Wealth Management Site Leader creates a culture of excellence and an environment that meets a high standard of customer service and excellence within the community by building deep relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 
Responsibilities
  • Thinks strategically, sets goals, communicates clearly and collaborates & influences appropriately to accomplish Chase Wealth Management goals

  • Play a leadership role in developing alternative investment channels that include client access to digital tools and financial consultants

  • Ensure talent and performance strategies are in place to coach, develop and promote Financial Consultant Team Leads, including performing call monitoring reviews to ensure quality interactions

  • End to end leadership and ownership of client and employee experience within the site.

  • Set the tone of a commitment to diversity and inclusion

  • Be a visionary who influences the use of technology to meet the customers’ needs of today and the future

  • Drive integration with One Chase partners to include but may not be limited to Banking, Lending and digital

  • Closely partner with the Supervisory Management and be expected to manage all day-to-day administrative, supervisory and operational aspects of the site in order to achieve Chase Investment Direct strategic objectives

  • Responsible to drive key initiatives, process improvements and resolution of key challenges in the site location that are identified on a daily basis

  • Respond to events, make tactical decisions, and execute plans (e.g. test and learn call deployment, call volume spike due to market conditions, resiliency issues, etc.)

  • Ability to translate knowledge of financial markets and economic trends in the execution of growth strategy


  • 10 years or more of financial services or brokerage experience required; strong business and investment acumen - knowledge of Investment Products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), managed accounts, and employee benefit programs required

  • Ability to balance producing strong results with proper risk management, strong compliance record in previous position(s)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; adaptive to change

  • Excellent communication skills, highly professional and experienced in creating and presenting information to large audiences at various levels of the organization

  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, demonstrated knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • If you were registered after October 1, 2018 you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam

  • A valid and active Series 7
  • A valid and active Series 66 license is required or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment

  • FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) is required or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment

    A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required or may be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
