  • Be collaborative and open to new challenges – a natural problem solver who takes ownership of their work
  • Own projects end-to-end, developing a well-rounded skillset and building a strong network across the organization in the process
  • Have strong skills to build presentations using data to make recommended changes.

Day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on the team’s always-evolving priorities, but will make a direct impact on Chase’s mission to ensure that we have best-in-class people practices in place, resulting in a competitive advantage through a talented, diverse, and inclusive workplace. Examples include headcount analysis; creating forward-looking views of hiring demand and workforce reduction to identify opportunities for large-scale talent mobilization; and developing scalable, data-driven plans to reskill talent.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years business, strategy or HR experience, with strong analytical/reporting components
  • Strong Excel skills a must and experience with Business Objects, Access required
  • Experience with Tableau, and/or other dashboarding tools preferred
