The CCB Tech Finance Knowledge Management Associate will champion the organization-wide knowledge sharing, so that the organization’s know-how, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with partners, and stakeholders.
The role is a crucial enabler of process improvement, providing the leadership that builds commitment and understanding required to accomplish the improvement goals for the organization and acts as a catalyst for process owners and process improvement teams to achieve defined improvement objectives and specific goals.

Key responsibilities:
  • Promote knowledge sharing through the CCB Tech Finance and Business Management organization's operational business processes and systems
  • Promote collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners
  • Create content and tools to support process improvement initiatives by evaluating and prioritizing content requests; designing, developing, automating, and maintaining tools, templates, and resources
  • Evaluate stakeholder readiness, desired process improvement results, potential resistance and performance gaps to facilitate change from 'current state' to 'target state'
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement content to drive adoption, training, and knowledge transfer initiatives that support the process improvement success
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on platform functionality, communication approaches, and content quality standards
  • Create and conducting coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences, having an understanding of the objectives and being able to project these in the classes
  • Identify suitable communication strategies and building on these, reviewing the plans and delivering reports to the executives
  • Create, manage and maintain specific communications and cadence for All Hands meetings, team meetings, ongoing communications, etc.
  • Manage the team SharePoint and ensure content is current, accurate and organized

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to influence and gain trust of executive management
  • Strong conceptual and analytical problem solving skills and change leader mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills essential
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Ability to interact effectively with peers and senior management
  • Outstanding PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • SharePoint Experience Required
  • JIRA and Kanban experience preferred, but not required
