Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Digital organization provide support for the CCB businesses which serve more than 61 million consumers and 4 million small businesses across Consumer, Business and Mortgage Banking, Card Services, Auto Finance and Merchant Services. Chase serves approximately one out of every six Americans through more than 5,600 bank branches; 19,000 ATMs; mortgage offices; online and mobile banking; as well as relationships with auto dealerships, schools and universities. The successful candidate is a leader who thinks holistically about both business, technology, and finance.  This strategic, results-oriented leader will lead the digital tech business management team. The ideal candidate is a structured, highly-organized individual who can flexibly adapt to a fast paced environment, has superior analytical skills, is an effective communicator and works well across a broad organization and in a matrixed environment.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited too:
  • Partner strategically with Digital Tech Leadership in all areas of financial management – delivering an annual budget with a three-year outlook, monthly reporting & forecasting, headcount & expense management
  • Partner with the business to develop key performance metrics tied to our transformation and effectively communicate the savings linked to these efforts
  • Engage in business cases and support tracking results against pre-defined KPIs.  Ensure that the business value for foundational investments is linked back to the businesses
  • Work with key partners and stakeholder to enhance existing processes and analytic models to support digital tech organization
  • Proactively analyze trends, research issues and respond to inquiries



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related majors
  • 8+ years of related experience (e.g., Financial Planning, Data Analysis).  Technology or digital experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to influence and gain trust of executive management
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and rapidly change environment
  • Exceptional time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills essential
  • Ability to interact effectively with peers and senior management
  • Outstanding PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Hyperion Essbase, SAP)
