The Card Services Specialist enhances the member experience by responding to member inquiries in a timely manner and resolving member issues related to credit and debit card maintenance.



Responsibilities

  • Ensure superior member service and satisfaction by effectively resolving members’ card related issues through the department email management system and phone line.
  • Assist members with card dispatching (express/standard delivery) to designated locations/duty stations as directed.
  • Perform necessary maintenance/adjustments to members’ cards, block accounts, and complete transfers.
  • Provide support to Call Center and branches for card related member issues.
  • Navigate multiple service applications.
  • Review credit and debit card transactions with members and differentiate between disputes and possible fraudulent use.
  • Review daily reports when necessary.
  • Assist Department Manager/Supervisor with ad hoc tasks as needed.
