The Canada Upgrade Client Engagement Representative integral to engaging with our SBS clients to discuss the opportunity to upgrade to WFN or OTG. By coordinating internal resources, they engage and gain commitment from clients to upgrade to WFN or OTG and are responsible to execute and deliver on pipeline plans including sales order creation.

  • Mastery of ESO and SFDC in order to create a sales order for new SBS order
  • A comprehensive view of the WFN solution and understanding the key benefits and appropriate expectation relative to the upgrade efforts and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and ADP, serving as an internal client advocate. Will be expected to complete WFN product demos and discuss Implementation processes and timelines as appropriate for the market segment
  • Track and document the progress of assigned clients and escalate any issues per governance model and in collaboration with the Implementation team.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to handle stress, peak volume periods, tight deadlines, etc.
  • Able to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Involved in special projects, when needed.
  • Excellent influencing skills and ability to interpret client reactions during client calls
  • Proactively collaborate with large geographically dispersed Sales teams and Upgrade teams
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with the Sales/Service organization at all levels to facilitate and ensure smooth and timely starts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • CPA/PCP Designation an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Siebel and reporting capabilities
  • Experience building relationships and understanding a client's needs is essential.
  • Ability to manage service recovery required.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP's infrastructure and ADP's traditional and new products/services in business processing and outsourcing required.
  • Software knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project Management software, Webinar & Live Meeting software
  • Strong business acumen combined with excellent influencing and negotiating skills
  • Interpersonal and relationship skills sufficient to adapt style and approach based on client's needs and situation, e.g., can act as teacher or influencer, broker agreements on resolution
  • Proven ability to work in an environment committed to teamwork.
