You will join a team responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse interns, analysts and associates across our North America CIB businesses. Main responsibilities will include: providing operational and administrative support to the Talent Development Advisory (TDA) team to ensure the execution of a best in class recruiting function. This role will support a variety of sourcing/recruiting activities to include high volumes of data management, organizing of recruitment events, and applicant process flow and supporting pipeline programs.


Core Responsibilities:

·         Provides support to the TDA team in planning, coordinating and executing all recruiting events

·         Utilize CRM for on-going candidate management, sourcing, and communications

·         Create and maintain innovative candidate communications, educational resources, marketing materials

·         Manage the postings of all vacancies and event postings on external career platforms

·         Manage candidate relationships including arranging travel, scheduling, processing of T&E, initial point of contact and pre-employment activities

·         Help to manage the summer internship schedule and provide assistance during learning and social activities

·         Maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting and hiring activity reports for management/firmwide (global) reporting

·         Manage candidate status updates in internal systems (Taleo, Yello)

·         Create and extend offer letters to candidates

·         Work with on boarding team to ensure New Hire processing is completed

·         Perform other recruitment duties and projects as assigned


Required Skills:

·         Strong focus on operational excellence, ability to handle/manage end to end processes seamlessly

·         Manage direction from multiple sources having the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

·         Maintain Human Resources records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills

·         Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently 

·         Strong attention to detail and strong focus of data integrity

·         Team player combined with motivation to work individually

·         Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, applicants and candidates

·         Ability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively  

Required Experience:

·         1-2 years industry experience

·         Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties

·         Expert user of Campus systems and advocate for these systems across JPMC

·         Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·         Capability of working with high volumes in a fast paced environment

·         Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and constantly prioritize workload



Flexibility Responsibilities


During periods of high volumes, the full team will be assigned projects and/or tasks to ensure the smooth running of any campus recruiting practices.
